Delivery and Returns
We have 2 methods of delivery. Perfectly Green delivery vehicle and 3rd party courier delivery vehicle.
Orders are processed as they are received. Standard delivery is 2-7 working days but this may be extended during busy periods, holiday periods, and for special orders. Some locations may be subject to a longer delivery time, and in these cases our office will contact to confirm.
Vehicle Delivery – Perfectly Green and 3rd Party Courier
Delivery is a curb side only, 1 man service. All artificial grass roll orders require the customer to make arrangements to assist with the offload. The customer is responsible for moving the order to the required location.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery information, contact details and instructions. Where delivery cannot be made we will contact you to make new arrangements and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery
Items suitable for postal deliveries, including samples, will be sent via suitable postal/courier service. Please allow approximately 2-4 days for delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays to these deliveries.
Grass product delivery charges vary depending on the location within the UK. The charges are structured as follows:
Trade - Grass products £ up to 100 m2 plus £ for every 20 sqm over 100 sqm
Non-trade – Grass products £ up to 10 Kg plus £ for every 50 Kg over 100 Kg

Prices shown may vary from time to time.
£8.50 <= 0 Kg to 5 Kg
£10.50 <= 5 Kg to 10 Kg
£12.50 <= 10 Kg to 15 Kg
£15 <= 15 Kg to 20 Kg
£17.50 <= 20 Kg to 25 Kg
£25 + (£5 every 2Kg) > 25 Kg
Offshore / Remote Locations
As standard we do not deliver to offshore or remote locations, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is to be delivered to any of these locations. However, if delivery is possible, we will add an additional surcharge for this service, advising you of this additional cost. Collections from these locations in the event of an order cancellation are also subject to additional charges which will be advised prior to collection of the goods.
